The Best Birthday Present
While Amanda is in Vegas and Karim at work, I get to spend my Birthday with the cutest five month (almost 6) baby I know. Not too sure what we are going to do. This picture is a rare moment, because so far today we have cried, cried, and wait for it...cried. She's sleeping right now. Great Auntie Sue was able to put her to sleep. Apparently I have lost the magic touch and probably won't get it back until I become a grandmother. Funny how you lose that baby sense once the youngest is out of diapers.

awww what a babe!!!! Allyson i am sure you havent "lost" your touch...just was out of touch ...with the touch. A few days with her and you would have it back again i am sure.!!

I think she is going through a naughty stage where she only wants mom, dad, grandma or grandpa. I am sorry friend, but I am happy that you had some time with her - and that you squeezed out at least one smile!
